Refund policy

1. There is no statutory right of withdrawal under Section 355 of the German Civil Code (BGB) for the products offered by the licensor, as these are exclusively digital content not delivered on a physical data carrier.

2. By purchasing and downloading the content, the licensee expressly agrees that the licensor will begin performance of the contract immediately after the purchase and that the right of withdrawal will thereby expire (Section 356, Paragraph 5 of the German Civil Code (BGB)).

3. Cancellations, returns, or refunds are excluded after the content has been purchased.

4. A refund or replacement will only be provided at the licensor's discretion in cases of demonstrably technical errors in the file.
