Licenses & Usage Rights

What does "The Signature License" include?

This license is ideal for exclusive campaigns. It includes unlimited duration of use and covers a reach (print run, merchandising, app downloads) of up to one million units.

What does "The Absolute License" offer me?

This is our highest privilege of freedom. In addition to unlimited duration of use, all circulation and reach limits are removed. Additionally, resale in templates/themes as well as a comprehensive POS package are included.

Creation Process & Legal Certainty

Are your contents created or edited using artificial intelligence (AI)?

No. All content is created exclusively using computer-generated imagery (CGI) and is neither generated nor modified by artificial intelligence.

Are model or property releases required for your content?

No. The content does not depict any real persons, locations, or protected objects. Therefore, no model or property releases are required. Furthermore, the content is free from third-party rights to the extent ensured by the chosen method of creation.

Formats & Delivery

What is the difference between "Native Resolution" and "Custom Dimensions"?

The Native Resolution file is available for download in the highest possible original resolution immediately after purchase. If you require the work for extreme large formats (e.g., building facades), choose Custom Dimensions. In this case, our experts will manually and losslessly adapt the file to your desired dimensions within 48 hours.

Bespoke Creations

How do I commission a "Bespoke Creation"?

If you have a very specific vision that cannot be found in our gallery, we will create a unique original exclusively for you. You can share your aesthetic goals via our briefing form. After an initial consultation, our artists will create your individual masterpiece, which passes directly into your private ownership upon delivery without ever being listed publicly.

How long does it take to create a tailor-made work?

Because quality and craftsmanship require time, the timeframe varies depending on complexity. Generally, you will receive initial drafts within a few business days after the final briefing.

Design Packages

What do the different design options (Essential to Infinity) mean?

These packages define for how many projects and in how many variations (adaptations) we prepare the acquired imagery for you. While Essential is the perfect solution for a single project, Infinity offers maximum freedom for global brand ecosystems with up to 100 iterations (10 projects of 10 variations each).
